In 2008, longtime collaborators and friends Corey Moosa, Neal Dodson, and Zachary Quinto formed Before The Door Pictures, a media production company. Before The Door has an extensive slate of projects in film, television, new media, and graphic novels.

Before The Door recently wrapped principal photography on J.C. Chandor’s ALL IS LOST, starring Robert Redford in a solo performance, for Lionsgate/Roadside Attractions/Universal Pictures International. They are also in post-production on Victor Quinaz’s comedy THE TWV PROJECT and Blair Erickson’s horror film THE BANSHEE CHAPTER. They are prepping a film for a fall 2012 shoot and several others for spring/summer 2013.

MARGIN CALL, their first feature, premiered to rave reviews at Sundance, the Berlinale, and New Directors/New Films in 2011. The film features Kevin Spacey, Paul Bettany, Jeremy Irons, Zachary Quinto, Penn Badgley, Simon Baker, Mary McDonnell, Demi Moore and Stanley Tucci. It was written and directed by JC Chandor and released by Lionsgate/Roadside Attractions.

MARGIN CALL was nominated for the Best Original Screenplay Academy Award® and was awarded two Independent Spirit Awards.
